Tony Thomas, Coach, Speaker, & Realtor
Having studied accounting at the University of Maryland and spending ten years as a stock broker/financial adviser, Tony Thomas takes a research and numbers based approach to satisfying his clients’ real estate needs. He believes that client communication and support are essential for a smooth real estate experience. That same rationale goes for his coaching clients.
Tony is well respected by his colleagues and clients. He served six years on the executive board of directors for the Realtors Association of York and Adams County. He spent two of those years as the treasurer, one year as the vice president and one year as the president. He currently serves on The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Diversity Committee. Although he recently relocated to Washington, DC, he was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland.
Tony Thomas became a Realtor in 2009 and formed a team in 2014. With his team of Realtors, he services the Central PA, Baltimore, Southern Maryland, and Washington, DC markets. Because of his success, personality, and wisdom, his coach, Leigh Thomas Brown, encouraged him to begin speaking. He has been invited to speak and coach at different conferences and events throughout the country. His most recent speaking engagements were at the 2018 Annual National Association of Realtors conference. There he was a panelist for the “Put Me in Coach” panel discussion in which he and two other panelists spoke about their experiences on hiring coaches to becoming a coach. Following that talk, he was invited to speak to Realtors at the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors for the incoming 2019 WCR President, Nakia Evans.
In addition to serving his real estate and coaching clients, Tony currently teaches pre-licensing classes at the York/Adams Realtor’s Association as well as teaching and training new to business agents for Long and Foster Real Estate across the Mid-Atlantic region.
